Our Mission

Healthy Santa Clara is built on a single, powerful premise: data literacy is one of the most effective tools available to the next generation of community advocates. Rather than letting vital health research sit isolated in academic reports, we turn complex census-tract-level health data into actionable insights and programs that directly impact chronic health and obesity in vulnerable communities. Our goal is to build a scalable model for youth-led, meaningful, evidence-based change. Starting with Santa Clara County as our pilot region, we have since expanded to San Mateo County and will be adding more soon.
